How does the start page work?
The initial screen of the app displays all the inspections assigned to the inspector.
They are categorized by their status:
Completed and Synced:
These are inspections that are complete and synced to the web for review.
Unplanned:
These are inspections that are pending. How to plan an inspection is explained in this article.
Missing Documents:
There are mandatory images required to complete an inspection. If the ID document and the producer's face image are not available, the inspection will appear in the "missing documents" section.
Planned Date (11/01/24):
The agreed-upon date for conducting the inspection with the producer. How to plan an inspection is explained in this article.
Not Synced:
The inspection has been completed, but due to a lack of connection, the data and/or images are not synced. To sync them, click on the blue cloud icon; this will synchronize the completed inspections.
Filter by groups:
The home page includes the option to filter inspections by the groups previously configured in the system. These groups, also called containers, are part of the system's organizational structure and allow inspections to be located efficiently according to their hierarchical organization.
For each inspection, the following details can be seen:
- Producer to Inspect
- Deadline: The date by which the inspection should be completed.
- Type of Inspection:
- Test: A trial inspection that has no effect on the inspection process.
- Standard: An inspection that influences the producer's certification.
- Follow-Up: An inspection to track progress, usually related to non-conformities.
- Inspection Status:
- Pending: The inspection has not yet started.
- Paused: The inspection was started and then paused. During an inspection, it can be paused by selecting "pause and exit." Read more about this feature here.
- Completed: The inspection has been finalized.
- Synced Files: If there is a red X, not all necessary data has been synced to the server. In this case, you need to find a good internet connection to sync the data with the server so the inspection process can continue. To sync, click on the blue cloud icon.
